Rock and Roll Rendezvous celebrates all vehicles of the Rock & Roll era (pre-1980 registered) with prizes awarded for the best vehicles in the following categories:
- Best Original
- Runner-up Original
- Best Modified
- Runner-up Modified
- scooters & motorcycles $30 each
- two seater cars $40 each
- other vehicles $45 each
Sponsored by the Street Machine Association of SA, the Best Club Display rewards clubs that go the extra mile in their on-the-day presentation. All funds raised through the voting are donated to Down Syndrome SA. A perpetual trophy acknowledging the winning club is displayed at the National Motor Museum.

Note: To be valid for entry, the vehicle must be manufactured pre-1980.
Please register by 31 March 2017. Pre-entries have now closed so an additional $10 fee applies to late entries, including entries made on the day. Once you have successfully completed an online entry a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that late entries will not qualify for judging.
If you wish to be judged you will be asked to specify a category.
'ORIGINAL VEHICLE' or 'MODIFIED VEHICLE'
Preliminary judging takes place on entry to the grounds. Please either leave your vehicle open or stay by it until it has been judged. Winning vehicles are moved near the stage at approximately 2.00pm for presentations.
There will also be an award for BEST CLUB DISPLAY. To enter as a Club and be eligible for Club discount you must call 8568 4022. Clubs that enter will also be parked together but this only applies to pre-entries.
Gates open at 9am to entrants and at 10am for the general public. Please clearly display your vehicle entrant number on arrival. Sunshades (including gazebos), umbrellas and canopies are only permitted in designated areas.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
For the purpose of these Conditions of Entry, the term ‘vehicle’ shall include all cars, rods and customised vehicles, commercial vehicles, motorcycles and scooters which are registered (or under permit), roadworthy and street legal.
All entrants are bound by the Conditions of Entry upon submitting an entry form and agree to observe these Conditions of Entry. To be valid for entry, the vehicle must be manufactured prior to 31 December 1979. The Organisers, their officers or agents reserve the right to refuse entry to the Museum to any vehicle which does not comply with the Conditions of Entry, any driver/rider who did not submit an entry form and appropriate fees prior to the event and any vehicle which differs from the information and specification supplied on the official entry form.
Any entrants conducting themselves in a dangerous manner or in a manner likely to bring this Event and its Organisers into disrepute shall be disqualified immediately. All entrants will observe current road laws and speed limits and instructions from Marshals.
The Organisers reserve the right to reject or terminate any entry at any time and/or for any reason, including inappropriate signs or messages on the vehicle. The decision of the judges and Organisers is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The entrants hereby authorise the Organisers to photograph, film, or reproduce in any medium, the entrants and vehicles used in any aspect of the event for promotional purposes.
The Entry Form contains an indemnity statement that must be selected by the owner of every vehicle.
A five dollar administration fee will be deducted. No entrant is permitted to set a commercial/ trade display or sale site on the grounds without prior written consent from the event Organisers.
